No. Your resume is processed in memory and discarded after scoring. We do not store uploaded resumes unless you explicitly choose to apply for a job through the platform.

A weighted average of 6 dimensions: Impact & Results (25%) measures whether your bullets show outcomes; ATS Readability (20%) checks parse-ability; Skills & Keywords (20%) checks presence and evidence; Structure & Length (15%) covers section order and page count; Clarity & Writing (12%) measures verb strength; Contact & Links (8%) ensures your info is reachable.
What is the job-match score?
When you select a specific job, the tool compares the skills in your resume against the job requirements. The match score shows what percentage of required skills your resume covers, and lists both matched and missing skills so you know exactly what to add before applying.

Can I match against any job?
You can match your resume against any job currently posted on WoCo Hire. Without a job selected, you still get the quality score, which is useful for general improvement before you start applying.
Does a high score guarantee I will get hired?
