Our Story
In 2019, the HRTech market in India hadn't evolved as fast as consumer apps and systems. Nikhil, a globally travelled creative business founder felt this gap when he wanted to implement a system which solves this problem. He realised that there was no intelligent and positive impact solution for employees and HR.
Everything else was either vanilla or built for big corporates and was not built keeping in mind, the most valuable asset of any organisation i.e. people. Unable to find any solution in the market, he decided to work with Dhruv and together make things on their own.
